Returns & Exchanges Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received (we are aware when you product has been delivered) your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Once you have followed the prompts in our returns portal and sent your item, please allow up to 7 business days once we receive it for your return or exchange to be finalised. 

You can’t return any purchases or seek a refund on goods which are sale items that are more than 30% of their original price (with or without a discount code). So when you are purchasing please read the product description carefully. 

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, undamaged, unwashed with all original labels and in the same original condition that you received it.
  • Items with distinct odours, blemishes, signs of wear and tear or covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you're seeking an a refund we only replace items if they are defective, faulty or damaged that are not caused by you. If you need to exchange it for the same item (new size or colour of the same product), please use the RETURNS PORTAL

  2. Enter your ORDER NUMBER and EMAIL ADDRESS or PHONE NUMBER and the items associated with that order will be there;
  3. Select the item you want returned and follow through to the end. 

Shipping for refunds & exchanges

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
