Shipping & Handling
AUSTRALIA : We offer free shipping within Australia for all orders over $100. An additional fee of $8.50 will be incurred for any orders under $100. Once an order is placed we will use our best endeavors to ship your order within 48-72 hours. Delivery is expected within 4-5 business days and we use Australia Post eParcel Regular. You will be able to track your order once you receive an email confirmation from Maw Active.
INTERNATIONAL: All international orders are sent via DHL. We offer Free International Shipping per singular order over $100 AUD (an additional fee of $20.00 AUD will be incurred for any order under $100). Once an order is place we will use our best endeavors to ship your order within 24 hours. Standard International orders are sent via DHL Global Mail and delivery takes 10-25 business days from the time of shipment, depending on your location. Standard International deliveries will be transferred from DHL to your local postal service upon arrival in the destination country.
INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS: Express International orders are sent via DHL Express and Australia Post and delivery takes 3-5 business days from the time of shipment, depending on your location. Express International shipping is charged at a flat rate of $20 AUD.
All Express International orders require a signature on delivery. If you are not at home to receive your delivery a delivery attempt notice will be left and your order will be left at your local post office for collection. You will need photo identification to pick up your parcel.
Please note: Estimated international shipping times exclude any potential time spent in customs and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of DHL’s, Australia Post and Maw Active’s control. By confirming a purchase you are accepting responsibility for all customs charges incurred. You will be importing goods into your destination country. Maw Active wishes to remind you that as the importer of goods you are legally responsible for any and all taxes, duties, and charges by your Government.
Once orders have left Maw Active, it is the responsibility of DHL and Australia Post. Any items that are lost in transit will not be refunded by Maw Active.
